you first have to decide what you want to happen before deciding what to do to achieve it.

he may indeed have problems at work if you do file a case against him. that is a reality. if you will take legal action you should consider that and be prepared if there is no financial support.

if what you want is for him to become a faithful husband, then the problem is not a legal one, but if you were to let him know that the threat of legal action is real, then he may think twice.

i doubt if the court will allow him to take your child if she is below 7.

what i've done for my other clients is to 'call out' the other spouse by sending a letter to them and demanding that they stop their offensive behavior or else my client will initiate legal proceedings.

if you have to make good on your threat, it will be up to your evidence if it will work out.
