Kahit po hindi sila kasal e nagsama po bilang magasawa ang bayaw ko at kapatid ko at nagkaron po sila ng isang anak na 14 years old na po ngayon , nakapirma po ang bayaw ko sa birth certificate ng bata, namatay po ang bayaw ko a few years ago at ang kapatid ko po nman ay ngayong taon na ito , kaya ulila na po ang pamangkin ko, ngayon po ay may namana ang bayaw ko na dalawang pintong apartment sa Makati, mula sa magulang niya , ang problema po ay ayaw pong ibigay ng kapatid ng bayaw ko sa pamngkin ko ang mana niya dahil ang katwiran daw po niya ay hindi naman daw po tunay na anak ng kapatid niya ang pamangkin ko, alam ko po dinadahilan lang niya yon para walang makuha ang pamangkin ko ano po kya ang maganda naming gawin para matulungan ang pamangkin ko na makuha ang mana niya?

in that case your nephew has the right to inherit the share of his father who received his share from his parents when they died. it would have been different if the father died first; the illegitimate son would not be allowed to inherit from the legitimate grandparents.
