Good day Atty.

Attached is a "holographic will" na ginawa ng tiya ng papa ko. Wala siya anak, at siya ang nagpalaki sa papa ko.

Sadya ko po binura sa scanned image ang mga names at address to protect this document.

Eto po ang nakalagay.

"I, (name of testator), presently living with my nephew (name of beneficiary), at (current address).

I do hereby give to my beloved nephew (name of beneficiary), who was with me since his childhood and took care of me up to my old age, all my properties at the time of my death as his property, absolutely and eternally.

I appoint (name of executor) as executor without bond.

In front of me are (Name of witness 1), (name of witness 2), and (name of witness 3) to witness my hand this January 9, 2011."

Will this one sufficient to present as last will and testament? Nakalagay lang po ay "all my properties".

Thank you Atty and hoping for your response. More power!

no, precisely because it is a holographic will.
