Good Day Ma'am/Sir!

Would like to ask for a legal advice on what should I do regarding a problem that I have now.

I want to change the father's info of my son's birth certificate.

I am asking for your kind help.

i am afraid the legal solution is very difficult, and no longer available if the child is more than 1 year old.

your husband has to declare that the child is not his and file a petition in court. only he has the right to do so, not you, not the biological father.

i'm afraid the law is very strict on this.
