Tanong lang po if sino ang may pag kukulang kung sa isang company at may UNION ay hindi na ipapatupad ang contractual to regular at' NEXT OF KIN' sa kabila ng ikaw ay good employee. Question

ano ang ibig mong sabihin na hindi pinapatupad ang "next of kin" ?

Kasapi ba ng union ang contractual employee na nabanggit?

gaano katagal na sa kumpanya ang contractual employee? anong klaseng contractual employee sya - galing sa agency o direct-hire?

Thank you po sa pag reply..

Ang father ko po ay cook sa hotel kasapi po siya sa Union retire po siya at ako po ang pumalit, nakasaad po sa CBA (Collective bargaining agreement) nila ang nagretirong empleyado ay may kapalit na anak "NEXT OF KIN" ako po ay 2 yrs na po nag tratrabaho sa pinapasukan ko hindi padin po ako nareregular. ang pag kakaalam ko po dapat six months palang na regular nako.
