Si situation mo, malayo ang connection ng encoder sa online gaming. Kaya mareregular ka lang kung pauli ulit kang kukunin as contractual or kung ireregular ka ng management mismo.

Kung Kukunin ka pa as contractual sa pangatlong pagkakataon ay pwede mo nang ilaban na ikaw ay isang regular na empleyado pero hindi sigurado ang pagkapanalo mo. Depende pa din sa galing ng abogado mo.

sa ganitong situation po ba sir?? eh hnd po ba legal un gagawin kaming continuous lang tuloy tuloy lang kami sa trabaho namin pero walang assurance for regularization????

Legal pa din yan kasi may kontrata kayo. Uulitin ko, pagkatapos ng kontrata niyong ito, depende na sa management kung gagawin kayong regular o hindi at HINDI ito bawal.
