What procedure/s must we undergo to be able to acquire a land title to a land bought wherein said land was part of a inheritance with a mothertitle and it is still considered as a agricultural land and not residential..and is it safe for us to build a house on it?..hoping for your urgent reaponse..thank you

It's common to build land at not titled land, but it's NOT safe. For instance can other hiers from generations back come and claim the land.

Is is bought inside family?
If Yes and if the family have used the land and paid property tax at least 10 years, then you can apply to GET it titled.
Or if you haven't bought it yet - make that a condition to pay it.
If No. then it's risky top buy to build on it, because the property will become much more worth by the building.
