Good day!

I'd like to know the steps I need to take if my maiden last name in the birth certificate of my child is wrong, resulting to her having a wrong middle name please? Also, if you can give an advise on the cost and if there's a need for a lawyer, if you can refer me to one.

Thanks!

Hello!

I would like to ask if big deal po ba yung wrong middle initial sa BC? For an instance, instead of "D" for Dela Cruz, "C" yung nakalagay? Need ko po kasi mag apply for passport.

Thank you!

hi just wanna help my cousin, she was using the name of therese vera magno.. she found out that what was written in her NSO are not correct. her moms real name listed was her mom's alias Gina Vera... althou until now her moms still using Gina (nakasanayan na)... the real name was Gionisia Baura

please help
