For example, the company has instituted a new dress code. If you were not made aware of it and you are subsequently sent a warning for violating it, NO you cannot file a complaint kasi warning lang naman, hence you can interpret the warning as a memo informing you of the new dress code. If ni suspend ka kagad and you can prove that hindi ka pa aware dun sa bagong policy, yes you can file a complaint.
The sign off sheet is actually to be used as proof na alam mo na may bagong policy, not agreement. Most company policy hindi kelangan mag agree ang empleyado. There are however exceptions to this.
