i have a friend who paid a big amount of money so that she can be released from the precint without any charges. kung baga, inareglo nya ung kaso. the case was caught in the act, pot session, drugs (i think it was shabu). however, upon release, she was asked to sign a contract where kelangan nya pa magbayad ng additional amount of money, in staggard installments. may karapatan ba sya na hindi bayaran to since technically, no charges were filed against him?

paid to whom? what does it say in the agreement, payment for what? this sounds very strange. it's normally one shot deal.
