Good day!

Just want to ask about the accepted replacement policy for products. I work for a retail store - selling gadgets. Our area head instructs that we don't have 7 days replacement policy and that any issue arising after purchase of the unit will be directed to the service centre.

I, myself, find this a little questionable. Yesterday, we encountered a customer returning a unit after 4 days of purchase. We consulted our area head for replacement since it is within 7 days period but they did not allow replacement.

Kindly enlighten me on this matter.
