1 NO DUE PROCESS IN TERMINATION on Sat Jul 02, 2016 5:04 pm

Hi guys, I'm new in the forum and I would like to seek your help, recommendations and advice about my problem.

I was in this company for 2 months and I'm still on probation. (6 months to be regular) then last June 30, 2016 I wasn't able to come to work because of my sickness (I have contacted my hr early morning about 5 am to notify her about my absence) then my HR Manager tried to call me about 7am (I'm still sleeping) and after I've missed the call she messages me to come to the office after lunch because there was a very important thing that we should discuss. But due to my sickness I wasn't able to come to office that day. Then July 1, pumasok ako early to work I'm at the office around 8am pero 9am pa talaga ang pasok, then around 10am my HR manager invites me to her office and then the bad news arrives.

Sinabi niya sa akin na ang management ay nag decide na i terminate ako dahil napag desisyonan nila na ibalik yung trinatrabaho ko sa office sa isang department. Btw IT Specialist ako dun sa company and ibabalik daw nila yung pag support sa mga computer - related problems sa Technical Department which is odd because bat pa sila kukuha ng IT at the first place kung alam nilang di ganon karami ginagawa ng IT which for me sobrang dami ng ginagawa ko sa office. Then ayun na nga I have surrended my ID and atm and she told me that she would contact me after 2-3 weeks for my backpay.

Now, I would like to ask some advice to you Sir/Madam if what legal way I should take? and if may legal basis po ba yung ginawang pag terminate sa akin? I know that di naman palugi yung company para mag tipid sila sa empleyado. And di po ba kelangan ng due process and advance notice if may iteterminate kang employee? Even tho im still on a probitionary period?
