This is because instead of working 8hours a day from Monday-Saturday, we compressed it into 5 days.
I've read on Art. 83. (Normal hours of work) on the Labor Codes..
"such personnel work for six (6) days or forty-eight (48) hours, in which case, they shall be entitled to an additional compensation of at least thirty percent (30%) of their regular wage for work on the sixth day."
Since our schedule is compressed, are we still entitled of that 30% additional compensation? But if we will be computing our hours per weak, 46hours a week lang kami. Help, please.
