Good day po butihing mga attorney,

I need your enlightenment po! Thank you in advance.

go to barangay first, you might reach a settlement. whether it is serious or slight depends on the number of days it needed medical attention or the period that he could not work because of the injury

They have gone to the barangay today. The other party said to pay when he can find work. They will have another hearing next week. We want him to pay a visit to the city jail (maybe stay for awhile) kasi napa arogante po kung makapagsalita. Any advice po is appreciated. Thanks!

get the certificate to file action and file your complaint at the city prosecutor's office. if there is a police report, try to seek their assistance in filing.

Goodevening po! This is Miriam po. So nag pang abot po kami. Pero sinira nya yung damit ko that cause a humiliation for me dahil nahibaran ako.

you should go to a government hospital to get a medico-legal report of your injuries. focus on compiling evidence so you can counter her accusations.

you can file a libel charge at the prosecutor's office for her facebook post.

Pwede ko po ba syang kasuhan ng slander at baliktarin yung mg akusasyon nya patungkol skin since I am a proffesional person. I am a supervisor in our office and by her saying that I am insane can be a reason for our company to terminate me anytime because of she's saying that I have a psycological incapacity. Can I file a slander case against her?

you can add that to the physical injury charge.
