Need some advice pleaae? My other brother is wanting me to pay him out of his share in my mum's house since to finance business he wants to start. Now I wonder how valid it is if mum doesn't not include him on her will if I pay him now or in PI law does every child have to right to equal share even there was a will.

a deal based on future inheritance is not valid. you have no property rights until your mother is already dead.

she cannot disinherit him completely because there is a reserved portion for legal heirs, but if does want to minimize his share, a will is necessary.
