Hello. Is it fine to record a phone call (by whatever means) without informing the other party about it? Hindi naman ilalabas yung call record, unless magkaroon ng aberya. Naalala ko lang yung anti-wiretapping law kasi. Thanks.

anti-wiretapping law would be violated by just recording it without the other party's knowledge and consent
