Late by 15 minutes twice equals 1 day worth of sallary? Consuming full 1 hour of lunch time 1 day worth of sallary? Reasons for deduction like hindi umattend nang meeting? Are these legal? Is it legal to make workers tender duty from 7:30 am to 6pm on all days except sunday with below minimum pay?

I do not believe that is reasonable, you can file a complaint at DOLE or NLRC
