Good Day po.

notarization gives a document the presumption of validity. if it can be proven that notarization was improper then the presumption is gone, but the underlying agreement might still be considered valid.

Good day Attorney!

Ask po sana if using someone's roll number in notarial is a proof of misrepresentation? And is it make the Certificate Invalid or null and void?

Thanks again po.

it makes the notarization invalid, but not necessarily the certificate
