Hi everyone. Have a blessed day. I need advice, hopefully may sumagot. Tungkol po ito sa titulo ng lupa (koprahan) ng lola ko (mother ng father ko). 7 hectares po sya. Naisanla po kasi sya dati sa father ko, pero namatay na po ung lola ko na hindi natubos. pito silang magkakapatid, bale ung tatlo po sa kapatid ng tatay ko, binenta na rin nila ung share nila sa father ko. so possible ang maghahati hati ung 4 na lang na magkakapatid. pero dun sa apat, 2 na lang po ung buhay, kasama po dun sa buhay ung father ko. pagnakasanla po ba sa father ko, need pa rin po ba maibigay ung parte nung 3 nyang kapatid? kahit ung 2 dun patay na? wala po kasi huling habilin ung lola ko, na pamana sya. then ung titulo po, hawak ng father ko. ngaun po nagdecide ung father ko, binenta na nya ung lupa. then sa napagbentahan, nabigay rin po namin ung share dun sa isang kapatid ng tatay ko na buhay pa. may karapatan po ba ung anak nung 2 kapatid ng father ko (pamangkin nya)? nagreklamo po kasi sila sa agrarian. at sinasabi nung isa sa pamangkin ng tatay ko na tenant daw sila, eh hinid naman po sila tenant, pinagkatiwalaan po sya ng father ko sa pagkokopra. pero niloloko sya lalo na sa hatian ng kita. kaya po nagdecide na rin father ko na maibenta. ano po ba dapat namin gawin? ano po maganda solusyon? san po ba kami pwede lumapit? maraming salamat po

there may not be a formal contract but what you describe is basically a tenancy agreement. hopefully you can prove that there were indeed anomalies in the sharing to justify the ejectment
