Good evening! May tanong po ako. Meron po kasi akong debt Php 20,000 last January 2015. Pero wala po akong pinirmahan na contract regarding dun sa hiniram ko. Yung usapan po 10% monthly interest at babayaran ko yun every month for 6 months. Kinuha niya po yung ATM card ko sa trabaho para gawing collateral. Pero nag resign po ako sa work dahil lumipat ako sa mas maayos na kumpanya. Yung interest na 10% pati po yung principal amount at yung deadline ng bayad ay walang contract. Magbabayad naman po ako pero nag iipon pa ako ng pambayad. Tapos ngayon po, kinukulit ako ng creditor dahil pinapabayaran sakin yung principal amount + yung 10% monthly interest in full pay daw. Dahil kung hindi, kakasuhan daw po ako. Pa advice naman po. Maraming salamat.

Isa pa po, yung creditor ko ay hindi naman sakanya galing yung pera. Sa tito niya daw po. Hindi ko pa na mi meet yung tito niya. Involved din po siya sa mga online pyramiding. Yun nga lang, wala pang na issue yung SEC kung legal ba yung Supreme Wealth Alliance sa bansa. Thanks!

if they file a case, they will likely make it appear it's a criminal case.

make sure you keep your correspondence to prove that this is just a loan. no interest is demandable if there is no written agreement and 10% per month is unconscionable. even at 3%, it's too much

Thank you so much po for your advice. Bago naman po ako lumipat ng trabaho, naka withdraw nman po sila ng Php 4,400.00 from my ATM card as partial payment for the loan. Magiging criminal case parin po ba ito? Thank you po ulit.

bkit ang 10% bawal kapag sa pera pero kapag ang item ay minsan doble pa ang presyo o triple pa presyo. lalo na kapag ang umatang ay pumayag naman sa 10% interest at pag inilaban mo sa court ikaw pa talo. tatawanan ka pa. at babaliktarin di nmn nila pirma un.
