Hi. Good day po.
This about the employer of my friend na ngwowork sa isang restaurant in Bacolod City.
Nasa minimum naman po ang wage nla. At my tip cla na nkalagay sa tip box pra sa buong crew na nkaassign lamang sa dining. Those people in the kitcken and other assignments are not included. Mad Pagnag, absent suspended agad. Wla clang benefits. No SSS, no Philhealth. no insurance.
Thank you po. Hope to hear from you the soonest.

Reclusion Perpetua
ang tips, depende sa policy but pwede included pati mga back office people. Pati sa accounting, HR, pwede silang isali. All the rest you mentioned are violations. They can file a complaint at NLRC
