Arresto Menor
Gusto ko lang po sana magconsult about dun sa bahay na sinanlang tira sa mama ko for P200k nung 1992 sa olongapo city. Ang agreement po is tutubusin after 2 years nung may ari ng bahay pero hanggang ngayon po (it's been 24 years) hindi pa rin natutubos nung may ari ng bahay. Nasa US na po naninirahan yung may-ari ng bahay. Ngayon po biglang nagsulputan yung mga pamangkin nung may ari ng bahay naghahabol sa bahay. Patay na po yung mama ko (yung pinagsanlaan) pero nakatira pa rin kami sa bahay. May agreement sila ng sanlaan nung bahay kaya lang po wala kaming copy hindi ko na alam san nalagay ng mama ko. Yung lawyer ng may ari meron pa pong copy nung agreement. patay na rin po lawyer ng mama ko. Ang tanong ko po is, pwede po ba kami kumuha ng copy ng agreement dun sa lawyer ng may ari? san po ba kami pwede kumuha ng copy ng agreement kung di sa lawyer nila? may laban po ba kami na mapasaamin ang bahay since its been 24 years na? kung di namin makuha bahay, pwede po ba kami maglagay ng interest dun sa 200k for all the years na di nila tinubos yung bahay?

it now all depends on what is written on that agreement. interest will be payable if interest is stated in the agreement, but the house will not be automatically become yours.
