Ang policy po namin ang sinasabi is VL hindi na convert to cash pero ang earning namin can only be used the following year. Meron kaming bagong Presidente and ang gusto niya is kapag nag resign hindi kami magbabayad ng VL pero paano naman yung mga na-eearn pa lang namin. Paano kung nagresign yung tao ng June 2016 pero meron na siya na-earn na 7.5 meron ba kaming nilalabag na batas? Pero ang practice na namin is nagcoconvert kami hindi ba ito dimunition of benefits?

Ang isa pang issue namin ay sa Sick Leave na nagaccumulate pero maximum of 60 days at ang policy is kapag nag resign hanggang 60 lang ang macoconvert. Ngayon ang gusto ng bago naming presidente is kahit active employee maximum na lang ay 60 kung mabawasan saka lang siya mapupuno ulit. So wala bang nalalabag na batas dito?

By law you need to provide 5 service incentive leaves in a year after the employee has been with you one year. So parang on the 2nd year pa sila magkameron.
