Hi po,
Nagtxt po ako sa tl ko na di ako makakapasok ng monday aug 1st kasi po nakasched po ako ng pagkuha ng tor tapos po nung tue naman po doctor's appointment.. lahat po yun thru txt yung paalam ko. tapos po, di po ako nakapasok ng wed chaka di po ako nakapagpaalam, balak ko na po talagang magpasa ng resignation letter kaya po txt ko po yung tl ko na magfafile po ako ng immediate resignation ng thursday due to health issues. Sobrang stressed na po kami sa office nagkakasakit na po ako., yung OT po walang bayad pati po pinarerest day ot kami ng walang bayad, kaso po thu na ko nakakuha ng medcert tas ngayon pong friday nagpunta akong office.. ncns daw po ako chaka po ayaw na din pirmahan resignation letter ko kahit na po may attached na medical certificate.. sabi po ng hr tagged as awol na po ako, ang pwede ko nalang pong gawin is magpaclearance for back pay, pero di na po mawawala yung pagkakatagged sakin. Tama po ba yung process nila? considered terminated na po ba ako agad agad kahit naman po nagiinform ako miski papano sa tl ko chaka tinry ko naman pong magresign? pleeease po. pahelp. thanks po.

AWOL just means absence without leave, which is true naman. Ang leave kasi has to be approved, it doesn't mean because nag inform ka ok na yun. Ang sinulat ba nila ay job abandonment? Kasi if so you can complain.

Ano ang issue or ano ang nasi mong mangyari?

Thank you po sa pagrereply.. Sabi po kasi clearance nalang daw po talaga ang pde kong gawin so di na din po ako makakabalik para po maayos ko miski papano yung record ko, first job ko po kasi Sad, gusto ko sana maayos na makapagresign meron naman pong attached na medical certificate na  unfit to work ako as of the moment, chaka sobra po kasi sila 10am-7pm po shift.. hanggat di mo naaabot yung quota mo di ka pde umuwi, minsan hanggang 12am po kami, tas po may preshift po ngayon, dat 7am andun na at may post shift ot pa, hindi napo ako nakakain ng maayos kasi po sobrang tutok po sila samin kahit na tapos na shift di ka makakaalis agad agad, pati po saturday may ot.. lahat po ng ot's di bayad, ok lang po sana na magmanda ot kung compensated po. Kaso nagkagulogulo na po bago ako magpass nag resignation.
Dahil nga po sa absences ko, sabi po nung nagreport ako sa work para magpasa na sana ng resignation last friday , tagged ncns ako at awol na po ako at clearance nalang daw po ang option ko. Hindi po nila tatanggapin na nagresign ako due to health reasons, hindi po pinirmahan ng tl ko yung resignation letter ko dahil andami ko daw absent, kabagobago ko. At di na po sila nagbigay ng option na magreport ulit ako sa work or magresign. Kinakabahan po ako baka pag nagapply ako da ibang company baka po makita nila na bad record ako dun sa unang company ko Sad . sorry po ang haba.

Hi! I really need to get some advice with my case here. I worked in a pioneer or newly opened account which is an outbound sales. They have no sss, philhealth or tax deduction or business permit. The contract i signed with them is dated july 5th 2016 to 2017. I started july 5th and got terminated august 4th due to 3 absences. First two absences were valid because my daughter was hospitalized and the 3rd one is not but they didnt ask for any medical certificate but they made me sign written warning. Bottom line is after being terminated I was told that there is a 20k training bond and they declined to pay the days i worked for which is 7 days. I talked to them nicely but still they said they can pay my 7 days in return i gotta pay them the 20k training bond. What do i do? 😢😢😢

tingnan mo nalang if nagpagawa ka ng COE kung lalagyan nila ng awol. most companies dont do that naman. next time wag mag t xt kung ano ang balak. either mag file ka ng resignation or hindi. but walang maganda na maidudulot yung pag text mo na mag reresign ka na
