1 No Over Time pay for Sales? on Tue Aug 09, 2016 11:55 am

Arresto Menor
I was about to leave the office when a personnel from a certain CCTV company arrived to fix the audio of our CCTV recording. I was left with no choice but to wait for him to finish. I don't mind that but what i was worried about is that i know that my employer almost all the time does not give an overtime pay. If you'll go beyond like an hour, he will make a reason that sandali lang naman yan and malaki naman sweldo mo (in fact i dont have a high salary, it's just above minimum wage). He claimed that walang OT ang sales.

I also remembered one time that he asked me to stay long and escort our delivery because he labelled it as "EMERGENCY" but when i went to the area of our delivery, I learned that I could just call the guy who will receive our delivery and notify him to wait for the truck to come.

I asked my employer if i can go (it was already past 7pm when i texted him) but said just stay and make sure that delivery is fine. He promised me that i can buy a meal for me libre from the company but for only 100pesos. umabot ako hanggan 10:00PM and i really thought that i will be paid overtime pero wala.

Please advise if i can still claim for my overtime pay with this. Thank you.
