In general right of way has to be given, normaly to the closest public road,
BUT against a compensation.
I don't know, but I SUPPOUSE such deals follow the LAND UNDEPENDING of who is owner (except perhaps when it's sold from family to strangers so they don't want the right of way be so CLOSE.)
Right of way cases are normaly handled by the Barangay Captain.

IF it is as for lease, then the right of way deal with the old owner follow the LAND UNDEPENDING of who is owner. But I don't know it's same for right of way.
It's Barangay Captain's work to try to solve such cases if you can'ẗ agree yourself with the new owner.

Is there a written ROW agreement?
In any case - if you can't reach an agreement, go to Barangay Captain to get it solved.

I don't know if it can be renegotiated because of it was sold to a not relative, but I guess NOT. Because it's written at the title, I suppouse it's seen as a part of the deal when the property was sold.lucila palermo wrote:Yes it ws annotated at the backpage of the land title. I don't know, but 2m is very narrow, many vehicles would get hard to get through, so I GUESS it would be hard to get such change.
