I am currently employed in a company. But i want to resign because i do not learn anything and i have no growth.
but my contract says that.
- You agree to remain employed with the company for at least two years inclusive of the six months probationary as consideration for the on the job training/seminars that will provided by company during your initial employment without prejudice to the right of the company to terminate you for just cause.
-In case you decide to resign from the company without completing the 2 years employment requirement or if the company decides to terminate you for just cause, you shall reimburse the company the sum of 20000 as compensation for the training provided to you.
Is it applicable if I resign now ? i am on a probationary period and I have already stayed 2 months with them . thank you for your response . Godbless
