I have LTO with one developer. And After Talking with the Marketing they mention the contract will same as what I want. So I Need to pay DP first If Interesting with the property. After that I put the DP and they give me the contract is different without mention ownership type (perpertual ownership) and Bank Financing preapproved scheme. A New Contract is only good for the developer point.
If they said their ownership type is perpetual ownership why they refused to put in contract?
Because the contract is not the same with what we talking, so Is it possible for me to get fully refund for my DP since I haven't sign any contract? I have the acknowledge letter they accepting the money for the Unit.
