tanong ko lang po.kasi ung friend ko e nakahiram ng 2k sa isang tao na merong kakilala na nagpapautang.ayaw kasi magpakita nung nagpapautang sa mga taong nangungutang.bale ang pinapaharap lang niya ay isang tao. pumirma ung friend ko magbabayad siya ng tubo every 5 days.ang tubo ng 2k ay 600 kada limang araw..mahirap un kaya umabot sa time na nakikiusap xa na sa sunod nalang na limang araw isasabay ang hulog..ayaw nila pumayag.bale ang sabi nila e idadagdag nalang nila sa utang na 2k ung mga tubo na di naihulog..pumayag ung friend ko.pero ala na siyang pinirmahan na sulat na idadagdag.ngaun,ang hulog na nia ng every 5th day ay 1500..bale ang lahat lahat ng tubo na naibigay ay lagpas na 10k..gusto na makawala ng friend ko kasi hirap na hirap na xa..gusto nalang nia bayaran ung unang utang talaga nia na 2k plus ung tubo..ayaw nila pumayag at ipopost daw sa fb ung id ng friend ko at ipapahiya nila na may kasamang masasakit na salita..ano ang kailangang gawin?please help my friend.

if he can prove that, he can charge them with threats. if they actually post it, you can charge them with libel.
