Hello, ask ko lang po sana sa mga taga BPO jan kung pwede ka po matanggal dahil hindi mo naipasa ang SLA? (Metrics)
Kahit po 5 years up ka na sa office (regular status).

Nag roll out po kasi ng bagong performance improvement program samin ngayon and lumalabas, no room for error ka na.
In less than 6mos pwede ka matanggal (daw)
Pag hindi mo naipasa lahat under sa bago nilang pinatupad.

Advise naman po. Natatakot din po kami lahat sa office at baka ito na po ang ikatanggal namin kung sakali.

Legal ito. Meron nito sa karamihan na kumpanya lalo na sa Sales. Kelangan mo ma-meet certain metrics pra hindi ka matanggal by reason of Neglect of Duty.

Check your company's code of conduct din.

Hindi ka naman matatanggal sa unang pangyayari eh. For example:

1st offense - written warning
2nd - final written warning
3rd - suspension
4th - termination

Merong tinatawag na cleansing period ng mga offenses so after an offense at hindi mo na ginawa ulit yun, mabubura sya at back to zero ka sa offenses.

Yan nga po bale ang binago.
Parang ganito.
Meron kaming apat na metrics na kailangan ipasa monthly.
1, 2,3,4
On the first mo. - di mo naipasa si #2 pero okay ka sa 1,3,4 - bagsak ka na nyan. May tantos ka na isa.

2 mo. - di mo naipasa si #3. Pero okay ang 1,3 &4 Pangalawang bilang na yan.

3mo. Di mo naipasa si #4 pero okay ang 1,2&3
Pangatlo mo nayan

And lumalabas no room for error ka na.
Dapat yung sunod na 6mos di ka na pwede magkamali.

Dun na daw mangyayari ang deliberation. Kasunod na ang termination.

Dun kasi sa old policy ng Metrics may cleansing period ka pa.
And every year nagrerefresh.

This time, tuloy tuloy lang siya.
Kaya let's say, 1st error mo, august 2016. 2nd error january 2017 third ay march 2017.
Ganun pa din, subject for termination ka na kung di ka makakatuloy tuloy sa pagpasa..

yes legal yan. And at this point wala ka namang choice if yan ang metrics by which you are measured. Mag antay ka nalang if na terminate ka then saka mo challenge yung "fairness" ng system. But if meron ibang pumapasa then it will be hard to argue against it.
