Good afternoon po. ngayon lang po namin nalaman na may pending case po ung asawa ko. nalaman lang po namin nung kumuha po sya ng NBI clearance. kami po ung unang nagsampa ng case kaso po hinde po namin napuntahan ung hearing kc hinde po namin natanggap ung invitation. ung huling invitation po, natanggap na lang namin after ng araw ng hearing. nadismiss na po ung kaso namin against sa taxi driver. pero hinde po namin alam na kinasuhan nya rin po kami ng slight physical injury.

pinuntahan po ng asawa ko ung munisipyo para iclaro. ang sabi po is wanted na daw po ung asawa ko. nagulat po kami kc wala kami narcv na subpoena. nung nacheck ng asawa ko po, iba po ung address na naka lagay dun.

gusto ko lang po malaman paano po ngyari un na nasa wanted list na sya. hingi din po sana ako ng advise kung ano pong magandang gawin namin.

it is standard that a warrant of arrest is issued if the accused doesn't appear in court. just pay the bail and let the case continue. likely it will be dismissed for lack of witnesses.

Hi Attyll

Please help me,just posted a topic.Same issue with the OP.We never knew that my father is wanted due to physical injuries.Today,they just knew it upon getting his NBI.I really appreciate your help.It's been 2 decades and my family doesn't know about this case.
