I or we currently have a situation,
On oct 3 2016 we will be working to a new company to be exact 6 of us.
I've passed my resignation letter last Aug 26 informing them that my last day would be on Sept 30 2016, ung iba kong kasama di pa nag bibigay.
The problem is our account manager is stating that on the contract 2 months dapat, meaning 2 months kame mag sstay pa sa account.
I've read the contract and it said "2 months atleast required notice and 1 month required render" not the exact words.
However our account manager is insisting that we should stay for 2 months based on contract.
We consulted our hr department to see if we can pass our resignation there pero ang sabe eh kailangan daw ng manager's signature na wala kame dahil ayaw pirmahan.
If ayaw daw pirmahan tatawagin ung manager and they will ask them to explain on why ayaw pirmahan and ang ilalaban nila dun sa hr eh ung 2 months nga based on contract.
Now, ang option nalang namen eh mag AWOL or pwede po bang immediate resignation? Ang habol po din kc namen is ung 13th month itr.
Ano po ba ma aadvise nyu na maganda nameng gawin at kung tama po ba ung side nila based on contract? May mailalaban po ba kame?
