Good pm..
I am an accounting staff-accounts receivable.. One of my job is to check cash and check transfer report and prepare deposit slip.. Si messenger po ang nagdadala saken ng cash and check na idedeposit for the day. Upon receiving ichecheck namen parehas denominations ng cash then will sealed it on envelop in front of him followed by deposit slip preparation. Once done irereceive nya po ang nabilang at na sealed na cash with deposit slips. Pirma sya sa cash and check report pero as in pirma lang on the right side tapos nakaindicate lang kung ilang cash kasi po 1client per deposit slip. Kung may tatlong client nagbayad note ko dun 3cash tpos iresib nia. Tapos yung denominations ng cash nakasulat naman sa remittance form sa bandang kaliwa baba. Unfortunately may mga pera na Hindi po pumasok said account ng company dated May 2, June 2,,June 8, June 24 and last po ay June 29 total amount of P89k plus.

Because I wasn't able to check it nung May pa lang kaya dumami pa ang nawala. But the sad thing is binabaligtad ako ng messenger ngaun na Hindi daw say sigurado if kumpleto ang cash, pag tinanong ulit sya ng iba nachecheck naman daw po namen ang cash bago sya umalis para magdeposit.

Before po kasi may nawala na din na pera and messenger na binayaran naman nya dahil ayaw niya na mag undergo pa ng casecom, and because my concern is mabalik and dapat na pera ng company I agreed na bayaran nia at sya na din po nagdeposit nun. At Hindi ko yun nireport sa management dahil po binayaran naman.

Under investigation pa din po ang kaso ko sa opisina at Hindi rin po kami na u-update sa status ng kaso , at ang malungkot po dun kanina po kukuha ako payslip Hindi po binigay saken dahil naka hold daw po ako, just ask my general manager na lang daw po. Nang tanungin ko ang aming manager ang reason daw po is because may casecom pa (under investigation at wala pa po akong memo na narereceived kung anong disciplinary action ang ipapataw nila) and yet hinold po ang sweldo ko without noticed or without my written consent.

Ano po ba dapat kong gawin? I think that's not legal na maghold ng sahod ng wala pang resolution ang case ko.
Please kindly help me.
