of absence but I have notified my supervisor about it.so pagbalik ko sa pinas, galit si sup at sinigawan ako in front of the my colleagues ( I have witnesses who signed an affidavit of what had happened). the supervisor B that time was asking for my supporting documents in regards to my absence and i was taking calls..parang napahiya ako at saka prior to that incident pinuntahan ko ung si sup A asking for what docs that they need. so nangyari ay sinabihan ako ni sup A at sabi ko cge bigay ko sayo..bumalik sa station at saka dumating na si sup B na galt at sinigawan ako..
then after that ng email si sup B about the issue then since medyo mainit na rin ako
naka reply ako ng "are you stupid, are nt you? sa email ng dahil jan the maangement consider na this is ground for termination kasi disprespectful daw..sabi ko rin if i was not being provoke by the sup, hindi ko yan gagawin at hindi namn ito nangyari dati
second, since i was absent for 15 days, they consider it abandoement pero sabi ko namn if i have abandoned my post why would i notify the management if were i was and what happened to me
so kaya tinerminate nila ako..question
1) serious misconduct and will ful disobedience - ask ko lang, can replying sa email "are you stupid, arent you" can be considered serious misconduct considering i was provoke din ng sup ko kaya nakapagreply ako ng ganun?
2) willful disobedience- prior to serving NTE, nag ask na ang sup ko ng documents pero i was waiting for formal documentation before i gave out my supporting document- in short, natagalan sila nang magserve ng NTE kaya ngwait lang din ako sa NTE before i gave my doc..will this be a willful disobedience?
3) 15 days AWOL- i have notified the management of what happened and iper compay policy, this only merit final written kc though 15 days x, considered as one incident and this is my first violation. So can they term because of this ? abandonment?
