atty,nangyari po ito kaso na ito nung 2004.ang kapatid ko po ay nahuli na na nag mamarijuana sa isang lugar,silang 2 nahuli ng brgy.tanod.nung nahuli ang pipe ng marijuana doon sa kasama ng kapatid ko.bago sila iturn over sa police may blotter report muna sa brgy.hall. nung dinala na sila sa police station.ang sabi naman po nung pulis na hindi makukulong yung kapatid ko dahil hindi sya ang may posession ng marijuana.yung kasma nya po ang makukulong,pag ka lipas ng 7 araw iningquest silang dalawa at ang naka lagay na sa report kapatid ko na ang may posession ng marijuana.samantalang ang unang nakalagay sa blotter ng brgy yun kasama nya ang may hawak ng marijuana na nahuli nila.buti nalang at may kakilala kameng kagawad sa brgy na dinukot nya yung blotter book.at nakakuha sya tunay na blotter report na hindi napatungan.sa madaling salita nadismiss po ito ayon sa mga pinakita nameng mga evidensya sa piscal.nag file narin po kame ng kaso dati sa pulis at mga brgy tanod.dahil po sa kawalan ng alam sa batas nag file po kame sa piscal sa dilg.sabi daw po na forum shopping.ang tanung ko po pwede pa po ba buhayin ulit ang kaso na sinampa namen sa tanod at pulis,na nang argabyado sa kapatid ko.kaht po 2004 pa nangyari yun.salamat po..

i would say it is still possible, but it depends on the status of the cases you filed. your first step is to go to the prosecutor's office and the dilg and inquire about the status of the cases your filed.
