Before marriage, I already experience physical, emotional, and psychological abuse. I'm married to the person for 17 years and just ended on separation status. Even our children suffered psycho-abuse. My children and I just finish our psychological therapy, and we wish to end our relationship to my husband and father of my children legally. Can that experience we encountered qualify to nullity?

If this experience can be clearly established by competent evidence (expert testimony among others), then yes, your experience MAY be used as a proper ground for the declaration of the nullity of your marriage.

You can have a psychological test/interview for purposes of filing a declaration of nullity of marriage based on psychological incapacity.
