Gud day! Newbie here, married to my newly naturalized american husband for 20 yrs. My husband left the country without my knowledge Sept. last year since i filed for BPO after physically hurting me. I stayed at my friend's house not far from where we lived since he refused to leave the house we were staying claiming it was owned by his aunt who is residing in the US. The moment I learned that he is already in the US where he is working as a nurse, I went back to the house but the guards in our subdivision refused to let me in saying the secretary of our association instructed them per request of my husband before he left. What actions should i take so i can get all my things and file a complaint against the secretary, who has been rude and unprofessional to me in the past and/or our housing association for denying me entry. I already have a certificate to file action from the barangay after they refused to appear in barangay hearings. I have 7 dogs, some of them i recovered thru my daughter who is not living in that house with me and is not barred from entering, 2 of which i recovered from the city pound which was reported as stray dogs by the request of the said employee and one dog was given to the gardener of the association by that employee. I have been living in that house for 4yrs. Im urgently needing help since i heard that the house is undergoing renovation and all, as in all of my things are in that house. Will hulrb help me on that?
