When i get to the office, pina signed agad ako ng contract na di pa ng sstart ung 5 day training ko. I was hired last month, september 19. Bali mg oone month plang ako sa work this month. And i want to quit. Pwede ba nila ako kasuhan ng breach of contract? Or are they entitled to charge damages against me? Stating na wala pa nman akong accountability knowing that i just started last month. I need your legal advice.. hope you could help me. Thank you and more power.
