hi sir good day
tanong lang sana bout nbi clearance may plano sana ako kumuha ng clearance kaso natatakot ako kasi kumuha baka may record ako sa kaso na isinampa 11 yrs ago na nadamay lang ako sir possible kaya yon may record ako kailangan ko pa naman ngayong march para sa passport ko? thanks in advance

only way to find out is to get your clearance. if you have a case, you will be sent to quality control.

sir paano kung may mag appear anung gagawin sa akin? sir tanong lang may expiration ba ang warrant of arrest or subpoena? gaano katagal kung meron? kung sakaling harapin ko na lang yong kaso at iprove ko na wala akong kasalanan at anu naman pwede kong ifile against sa ng kaso sakin? salamat po sa reply..

then you will have to deal with your case. warrants have no expiry.

i don't think it's precise to state that warrants expire in 30 days. the arresting officer is required to make a return in 30 days, but the warrant subsists.

may kaso po ako nung 2001,simple imprudence resulting to damage of property,pag po ba nag file ako ng motion to revive to lift warrant ay makakakuha na ako ng n.b.i. clearance at ano po mangyayari sa kaso pag nagfile ako ng motion to revive

hello po, 1year na po akong nagtatrabaho sa callcenter sa taguig.ako po ay umabsent nung december 26,2010 from january 6, 2011. nung dcember 26 po ay nagkasakit po ako,may medecert po iyon,na pinagpapahinga ako ng 3days ng doctor..

tapos december 30 ay vacation leave ko kaya umuwi kami ng bicol. december 31 to january 1,ay restday ko..january 3, 2011 na po ako nakabalik..pagdating ko po ay nagpaherbal medeicine ako para sa sakit sa scoliosis..nagulat na lang po ako ng magtext ako sa supervisor ko na may return to work na ako samantalang araw araw ko siya tinitext..sabi niya kelangan ko daw pumasok para i explain ang side ko dahil may hearing na...sabi ko january 10 ako pinapapasok ng doctor kasi january 10 ang inilagay dun na date for fit to work..pagpasok ko po,pinapirma na nila agad ako ng return to work,nung una ayaw ko pa pumirma sabi ko bakit ganun? ang return to work po ay para sa nag aawol lang...nung araw na din un nag hearing kami ng 15 minutes at kinabukasan tinerminate nila ako..


ang nakalagay po sa termination paper awol daw po for three days,ganun po agad..wala po kaming company policy,una pa lang wala kaming handbook ng company policy tapos may bond po kami or contract na dapat 2years kami mag stay sa company or else magbabayad kami ng 100k. tama po ba ang ginawa nila sa akin,anu po ang mangyayari kapag hindi sila umattend ng hearing sa DOLE? anu po ang dapat gawin???
please help me...
