hi there! would like to ask if there is a rule or policy in issuance of a memo to the employee? just incase that the concern was last 3 months ago then I just received a memo just today. is it still considered as valid? hope to receive feed back the soonest. thanks

depende kung anong nakasulat sa memo. if may pinapataw na parusa I believe you can contest it. if it is just informing you or correcting your actions or informing you of a violation and that you shouldn't repeat it, then it is valid

hello po lukekyle. ..ang ask ko po eh yung validity nung memo na na served nya samin kasi po eh almost 3 months na po yung scenario nakakaraan tapos ngayon lang po siya nag issue ng memo regarding dun sa concern nya at pinag eexplain nya kami. .. dipo ba dapat atleast after ng findings nya mag served sya agad ng memo or atleast bago mag 1 month. .. meron po bang rules na pdeng ma forfeited yung pag bigay nya ng memo samin dahil matagal na po yung pangyayari?. .. salamat po sa reply

Kung matagal ang pag imbestiga at ngayon lang natapos, o dahil sa ibang dahilan ay hindi agad nakita ang violation, pwede pa rin ipagpatuloy ang paghingi ng paliwanag sa iyo.

humihingi lang naman ng explanation. Kahit 10 years have passed pwede parin humingi ng explanation ang company regarding any matter concerning your employment or performance. Just answer it as best you can

VALID YAN. Sa tingin mo ba e walang karapatan ang management na itama ang mali mo? Sa tingin mo ba yang maling ginawa mo ay naitama na dahil lumagpas ang 3 mos? Wala sa batas na magiging invalid ang memo dahil matagal naibigay sa empleyado. At wala rin sa batas na mafoforfeit and memo dahil sa matagal na yung pangyayari.
