good day po sa lahat sana po mabigyan nyo ako ng advice at idea tungkol sa problema ko.
ganito po kasi yun, nag pasa na po ako ng resignation letter sa client ko, tapos po nung isang linggo na lang bago ako mag last day umabsent po ako ksi masama po ang pakiramdam ko, pinapapasok pa rin nila ako kahit na nagpa alam ako na masama ang pakiramdam ko, the next day po wala na akong schedule kasi daw terminated na daw ako on account of insubordination, tama po ba ang ginawa ng client ko? the next naman po is hihold nila yung last day salary at backpay ko( i work for 8months) at pati yung 13th month pay ko kasi nga daw terminated ako at forfeited na daw po ang mga yun, at hindi daw ako intitled sa backpay kasi daw hindi naman ako naging regular; di po ba ang regularization is 5-6 months and beyond? paano po yun?
anu po kaya ang pwedi kong gawin, i tried tro reason with them pero pinanindigan pa din nila yung mga points na yun. hesitant naman po akong i invovle si dole kasi baka lumala lang. thanks po

last salary and 13th month cannot be forfeited even if terminated. i dont know what you mean by backpay. pwede mo sila ireklamo sa dole/nlrc
