I know "Deed of Sale" is used for TITLED land. I don't know if it can be use for other land too.

"Transfer of Rights"
Most land in the Philippines are owned by the GOVERNMENT,
but with user rights for ever IF using it as demanded. Such can in many cases be transformed to Titled after at least 10 years using.

"Deed of Assignment "
I GUESS these are for Stewardships = Land with user right but with limited time, normaly 25 years, which can be extended 25 years more if the stewardsship is handled as demanded.

There user rights can be sold too, but they DON'T sell the land, they sell only the user rights.
