Is it OK na baguhin po at dagdagan ng mga managers ang job order na originally pinirmahan na sa HR, just to add additional loads and without being compensated?

Hindi po alam ng company..kasi sapilitan po kami pinapirma without any signature sa name ng ceo at mga board.. And kaming group lang.po ung binago at nagsalpak po ng loads,

Nung sinabi po nmin sa HR ang sabi po nila is..hindi daw po sila pwdeng makialam sa desisyon ng department head and handsoff na daw po sila dun

Here's an idea:
The company (Bosses) could launch a strat plan to accomplish a specific goal, after conducting meetings, of course. And they would normally use the subordinates to do that (delegating). Now, the assignment might not be specifically included or stipulated in the original job description of the subordinate but it may be added as a directive by the boos/higher authority.
Now, here's the thing. If it is not in the job description, and the subordinate does not/was not able to do the assignment satisfactorily due to inadequacy, how may it affect the subordinate? The boss could put it in his evaluation. But it should not affect his tenure because it was not in the subordinate's job description to begin with, and in point of fact, it is the manager's accountability to begin with. If the company decides to cut you because of it, you may contend it through a grievance procedure.

Ok lang po sana na dagdagan kami ng load without compensation pero.. Dinagdagan po kami ng additional load para mas madali po kaming MA suspindi.. Hindi po sila Makapag terminate agad ng tao kasi po bawal po without due process, so what they did is to insert loads of jobs para po madali kami magkamali then suspend us, may policy po ksi kami na for the 3Rd time is termination, they even inserted driver sa JD namin and if na accident kmi while driving our company vehicle, automatic po, we are suspended for 10 days, and this policy was only implemented in our unit, may kaso po ba kami na pwedeng isampa sa kanila?

5yrs na po atty, 2 yrs ago po nung may bago po kming department head, tumanggi po kami mag drive kasi po nasa policy ng company namin na only company driver should drive company vehicles kaya ang gnwa nya ininsert po Un sa job order namin, then another load was inserted to us kasi po tumanggi ung ibang department without being compensated, ang sabi po nya sa una is experimental, then nagulat po kami nasa job order na ulit namin, and wala po kming magawa kasi kakasuhan nya daw po kami ng insubordination if hindi namin sinunod ung mga nasa job order na ginawa nya

Audioman po atty, sa isang kilalang broadcasting company, marami po kaming Audioman with all thesame job description, nabago lang po ung sa department namin 2yrs ago,same salary grade..

lahat ng audioman may license? medyo mahirapan ka i-contest yung suspension kasi if your tasked to drive, hindi talaga pwedeng maaksidente

Nung una po atty non prof po mga license namin then rinequire po kami na kumuha ng prof license sa unit lang po nmin, Nung tumagal may gnwa po silang pang black mail para kumuha po kami ng additional upgrade to drive our company trucks, pero po sa I company nmin we have company drivers talaga, and nagtataka din ang mga ibang department na kami ung nag ddrive. Nung kinompronta ko po ung mga superiors nmin ang sagot po skin is nakasanayan na kasi.

kung nag refuse kayo nung una, pwede kasing sabihin na wala sa skillset nyo ang pag drive, pero since kumuha ka na ng drivers license pano mo pa sabihin na hindi ka marunong magdrive?
