Contractual for 3 months, and then for probationary, tapos bglang kinancel, biglang end of contract. is that legal?

good day Ma'am/ Sir, itatanong ko lang po sana if it' legal na maging contractual for 3 months,and then pinatawag sa hr for probationary after matapos ung contract after 3 months. then natapos na po ung medical ulit for probationary tapos ung evaluation naman po is good. tapos bgla po sinabi ng hr di na daw po matutuloy ung pag probationary kasi pinuntahan daw sila ng DOLE na bawal daw ang mga contractual, kaya inend yung contract po. tapos di na po nila masagot kung ihahire po ulit or hindi na. nkakalungkot po kasi parang nasayang po yung pagod sa pagwowork tapos bigla nalang po tatapusin ung contract. hindi po ba pwede na ituloy nalang po sa regularization, kung bawal ung contractual sa kanila? kasi okay nmn po medical at evaluation. thank you so much po. sana po masagot po ninyo. thank you. ang probationary kasi after six months dapat maging regular na. anong exception? kung bagsak ka sa standards ng companya pero malapit ng pumasa kaya bigyan ka pa nya ulit ng chance. pwede i extend ang probationary period. pero pag paulit ulit ginawa syempre halatang niloloko lang yung systema.

hindi tutuong bawal na ang contractual. malamang pinuntahan yung companya nyo ng DOLE at napasin na madaming extend lang ng extend ng probationary period kaya ni warningan na.

unfortunately since hindi ni renew ang contract mo wala kang magagawa.
