Arresto Menor

Illustrators po kami para sa game developing company na puro educational games po. Kami po ang gumagawa ng pinaka drawings or itsura ng laro. Sa contract po namin labeled as for casual employment ng 1 month first, then another 6 months. Since casual employment po siya, di kami kasama sa compulsory coverage like SSS po.

However, upon referring po sa labor code (Art. 280) napansin ko po under kami ng "activities which are usually necessary or desirable in the usual business or trade of the employer" kasi para po sakin, kung wala pong graphics, di po mabebenta ng maayos ung mga laro at in-game items.

Anyway sa sitwasyon po namin, regarded as casual employees parin po ba kami? Also ano po ba ang makakapagsabi na casual employee nga po kami other than ung contract? Same work hours, load ng work naman po kami ng mga regular employees.
