Hi..na term po ako due to lates..my company have this process pin1 pin2 pin3 ep1 ep2 then performance improvement plan na for 6 months..na reach.ko po ung ep1 then nalate na naman po ako but this time dinahilan ko na health issues at pumayag naman ung supervisor ko..pina paissue ko na po sa kanya for ep2 ung violation para ma avoid na po ung same infraction pero sinabi nya na xa na ang bahala at hindi na nya iisue pa un basta pumasok lang ako at bumawi sa ibamg metrics.then bgla xa ngresign.the management assigned me to a different supervisor na ng backtrack at ground na for termination..so ng due process mo kami..but still decision is for termination..during hearing i ask if pwede ba nila issue ep2 ung late ko then undergo ako ng performance improvement plan but they decline..kasi daw last year 2015 ai npagbgyan na ako at ng performance plan na ako kaya this time termination na daw..may i ask your opinion pls.thank you
