Good day po, itatanong ko lang po sana kung anong move ang dapat kong gawin para sa company na napasukan ko. may 15 po kasi cut off ng sweldo at ang sahuran po is 20. nung may 17-19 po absent po ako dahil may sakit at hindi ko po nakuha sahod ko. by saturday po nagsabi na po akong sa TL ko na I'm about to file a resignation letter at is it fine na ipasa na po ito ng gabi. he said its fine at nung nandun na po ako hindi niya pa po tinanggap dahil po need ko din ng med cert para hindi ako ma AWOL plus need daw po iresched ang sweldo ko by friday for back pay so I was thinking its fine dahil mabilis lang ang backpay kasama na po yung sahod ko nung 20. By monday nakapagpasa na po ako ng resig letter at medcert. at tinanong ko po tita ko na manager about dun at sabi niya dapat nakuha ko na po yung sweldo ko dahil iba naman daw po yun sa back pay. so tinext ko po tl namin and he said wala naman daw pong backpay ano daw po ba pinagsasabi kong back pay then I said the HR told me there was a backpay!! By tuesday po bumalik po ako ng office para kunin sahod ko pero pagdating po dun hindi pa po naibababa yung resig ko at med cert sa boss o sa kanang kamay niya to see if na approved na (pero na approved na po yun sabi ng TL ko) , muntik pa po ata maiwala ng HR namin dahil ang tagal niya maghanap, at ang nangyari po hindi ko pa din nakuha sahod ko at sinabing sa friday ko pa makukuha dahil yun lang po release nila ng sahod,

ito pa po ibang problem sa company, NO CONTRACT SIGNING, almost 9 hrs of work from 10:15 pm- 7:15 am without OT pay. Night shift with only 400 pesos per day salary, Saturday night shift they called it OT day with 5 hrs work for 250 pesos. Too many hidden policies for resignation, terms, etc. If may sale and SPIF is pag mapagtripan lang ibigay tska magbibigay

wala talagang back pay for you. Back pay is awarded for those who are illegally dismissed. pasalamat ka at makukuha mo ang sweldo mo this friday. For most companies ang final pay takes 30-60 days to process.

1. Hindi kasi requirement ang contract
2. Yung 10:15-7:15 wala bang dinner break?
3. San location mo? How many employees dyan? 400 might be less than minimum wage.

eh dapat ko lang naman po yun makuha kasi po nung 20 ko pa po yung sahod e, niresched po nila dahil nagfile ako ng resignation, eh ano pong sense nung pag resched na yun ? and they told me nung una na may back pay po at makukuha ko ung after a week which is this friday kaya pumapayag po ako kasi mabilis lang kasama ung dapat kong sahod tapos ang ending po biglang sabing walang back pay dahil wala daw po silang pondo

1. pano naman po yung mga policies na tago na tska lang po malalaman kung kelan mo gagawin tsaka po lalabas ung terms and conditions,
2. 1 hr and 30 mins
3, eastwood po , not sure po . pero gabi po yung pasok

pasensya na po kasi nanganga pa po ko sa kung ano talaga yung okay sa hindi kasi first work ko po ito at still nag aaral pa po. Open po akong macorrect para ma enlightened po ako, thanks po

1. I wouldn't know about them kasi hidden nga kamo.
2. Hindi 9 hours ang work mo kung ganun. 7 hours and 30 minutes lang kaya wala talagang OT.
3. Yung 400 per day is below minimum. You can complain sa DOLE/NLRC

paano po yung Saturday night shift na OT po nila kung tawagin good for 5 hrs with 30 mins break pero 250 po sahod?
atska po yung holiday work pero hindi double pay?

Looking for advice.

Nag start po ako mag work last april 17 monday 2017. Then nag resign po ako bigla ng may 10. Bali hindi pa po ako naka sahod ng kahit piso sa knila kahit ang pasahod nila is 10- 25. Nakipag usap naman po ako ng maayos sa employer ko bago ako umalis sa knila sa kadahilanan na 40pesos/hr at kung saan saan po ako naaasagin na branch. Tapos 5pm-12mn pa halos wala nako maiuuwi na sahod dahil dun. At gusto pa po ako pag bayarin ng 10,000 dahil daw sa pag reresign ko dahil nakalagay daw un sa contract. E wala naman sakin pinapirma na kahit ano ano po dapat gawin. Kasi hindi naman ako nirereplayan ng employer ko salamat po.

Good Day, Itatanong ko lang po, meron po kasi akong na received na 2 checks for the company. Hindi ko po kasi na state na dalawa yung na-received ko, pero naka o.r. naman po pareho, same date po. Yung boss ko ang sabi wala na po syang tiwala skin, at gusto po ako kasuhan ng qualified theft. Ano po kaya pwede kong gawin? Salamat po
