Pwede ba ma terminate kasi yung tone ng voice mo ay rude kahit wala kang sinabing kahit anong bad words sa customer mo?

Sa callcenter po ako nag wowork and may irate customer ako and medo yung tone ng voice ko medyo tumaas, ngayon gusto ako ipatangal ng client...may laban ba ako pag na dismiss ako?
Please help...thanks

Read your company rules.

Your termination may fall under other analogous cases for just cause.

In one case the Supreme Court has upheld the dismissal of a driver who was banned from making deliveries to a client of the employer who did not want the driver to make deliveries or enter its premises.

The nature and sustainability of establishments like your employer depend largely on client and customer satisfaction. If you are unable to provide that and are even the cause for the client to lose business the company has the prerogative to terminate you after complying with your rights to due process.

Madalas yan mangyari, at hindi naman mali na ipa-tanggal ka ng client dahil kung hindi, sila naman ang mawawalan ng client.

baka naman pwede ka ilipat sa ibang account (non--voice, etc).

Paano po kung tangalin na ako sa company? meron ba akong laban? wala naman akong sinabing masama sa call pero I admit na medyo tumaas ang tone ko.

Sa rule ng company rudeness is for dismissal na po...

You can only find that out for yourself when you file your complaint for illegal dismissal. Every case is a 50-50 chance. There is a chance you will win, there is a chance that you will lose.

But looking at the circumstances these are not in your favor:

1. The client itself has asked for your termination because it deemed you rude.
2. Company rules say rudeness is a cause for dismissal.
3. You admit that you raised your voice towards a customer.

The determination of what is rude is actually up to management - (at the instance of the client)

The company has a right to protect its business interest.
