Lawyer threaten to name foreigner as "undesirable" if he files admin case against lawyer.

"You are treading on delicate grounds if you think you can make hasty and unwarranted accusations, which, after all, might expose your complete undesirabilty (sic)."

Lawyer in breach of Canon 18 Rule 18.3 sent his former foreign resident client the above in an unsolicited letter.

Does same amount to a Grave Threat as it does appear to be intended to intimidate his former client? If not "Grave Threat" does it still amount to an illegal threat?

If it is true that the accusations are unfounded, then there is nothing criminal about what the lawyer did.

Thus, the question: does this amount to a grave threat, or if not, what would be the charge?

I spoke to a public attorney, and the consensus is this is a grave threat, intended to pervert the course of justice through intimidation.

It will be added to an extensive list of charges including Gross Negligence, and Dereliction of duty.
