Good day Sir/Ma'am,
It's about my brother, he's married with 4 kids, aged 15,8,4,3 yrs old..He's in Saudi for almost 4 years.Naghiwalay sila ng asawa niya but he supports his children naman..wala syang naging pagkukulang financially..the problem is yung mga anak nya ay sobrang papayat and napapabayaan ng nanay..Gusto sana ng kuya kong makuha kahit 2 man lang sa anak nya..kaso nasa saudi nga sya..Ask ko lang po kung may karapatan ba ang Mama ko sa mga apo nya..pwede nya bang hiramin ang mga bata. The last time kasi na hiniram nya..pinag bintangan syang kinidnap nya yung mga apo nya.

you can explore having the support from the husband be sent in part cash and part goods; the goods to be sent through you. Just make sure all the support is documented with receipts and proof.

grandparents do not have clear visitation rights under the law, but you can try to enforce by filing a complaint at the bgy.
